About The Position

As Integrated Marketing Strategy Manager you will work within our US Integrated Marketing team at Haleon. This role will support other team members and focus on a specific category of Haleon’s products. The Integrated Marketing Strategy Manager partners with our US brand teams and cross-functional teams to develop and lead world-class, data-driven Communications Plans with a holistic channel approach. It’s anchored around strong consumer understanding and insights to help drive brand growth. The Integrated Marketing Strategy Manager also helps manage a cutting-edge agency model. Collaboration and teamwork across cross-functional teams including Global Planning, US Brand teams, Performance Marketing, Earned & Social, Measurement/Analytics, Consumer Business Insights, Shopper Marketing, Digital Commerce, Creative, and Production is critical. This role will also be responsible for driving our media agency partnership from a category/brand perspective. This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office, reporting to Haleon’s Warren, NJ location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 7 years experience at Media agencies, Communications Planning or Media Management department or Media Company
  • Capability in developing cross channel investment strategies with a focus on Advanced/Connected TV, Search (SEM/SEO/GEO), Programmatic, Social (including Influencer) and Digital Commerce
  • Experience in developing and driving holistic strategies across Paid, Owned and Earned
  • Experience working with and stewarding programs with media partners like Google, Meta, Amazon, etc.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization, managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams

  • Experience working with Google tools, an aligned technology stack and building enterprise-based use cases, competitive and flowcharting tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead the communications planning strategy, ensuring that it links all marketing elements across paid, owned, earned and shared
  • Develop the paid media planning/strategy for designated HALEON Consumer Healthcare category
  • Support the management of the overall media agency relationship and work with cross-functional partner teams/agencies to align objectives and develop integrated communications plans
  • Analyze and apply industry trends, performance data, MMMs, research studies, and other resources to inform strategies, audience development, test & learn opportunities, optimizations, learning agendas and measurement frameworks
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert and trusted resource with internal HALEON teams on integrated marketing approach, paid media strategy development, plan approvals, budget management and media agency partnership
  • Knowledgeable about the evolving consumer landscape (such as commerce, agentic marketing, creators as influencers, search & LLM’s) and can identify opportunities to evolve our strategies
