We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results. You are an experienced agency marketer and integrated thinker who understands how strategy, creative and paid media work together to deliver impact. You bring deep experience across paid channels, including digital and traditional media, and are comfortable owning budgets, forecasts and proposals while using data to inform decisions and optimize performance. You have a strong strategic point of view, collaborate closely with creative, media, and social/digital partners, and ensure every tactic ladders back to the broader business and brand strategy. What we're looking for Integrated marketing expertise – Proven experience developing and running fully integrated campaigns across paid and owned channels Paid media fluency – Hands-on experience across all paid channels, with particular strength in traditional media. This role does not lead paid digital but works closely with our pros to craft strategic surround sound campaigns. Strategic mindset – Ability to connect business objectives to marketing strategy, creative direction, and channel execution Data-driven approach – Comfortable with performance marketing, ROI analysis, attribution and analytics Budget ownership – Strong experience establishing, managing and forecasting budgets across campaigns and programs Client leadership – Confident, credible client partner who can lead conversations, present recommendations and guide decision-making Entrepreneurial spirit – Collaborative, flexible and growth-oriented, with a builder’s mentality and comfort navigating ambiguity Accountability and detail – High standards for quality, performance and follow-through
