About The Position

The Integrated Marketing Associate helps plan and execute omni-channel campaigns across the sports calendar year. You will support end-to-end campaign management, ensuring the Fanatics Sportsbook brand shows up consistently across paid media, organic social, CRM, product, retail, partnerships, and press. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-driven marketer who thrives in fast timelines and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, social/content marketing, brand marketing, or related cross-functional roles.
  • Exceptional project management, timeline ownership, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable next steps for cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort managing multiple simultaneous campaigns under tight timelines.
  • Clear, concise communicator who can work effectively with creative, brand, media, product, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of sports culture, seasonal sports rhythms, and bettor behavior.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sports, gaming, entertainment, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with integrated campaign analytics and post-campaign reporting.
  • Experience supporting talent/influencer campaigns or partnership marketing.
  • Working knowledge Airtable or similar workflow tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day management of integrated campaigns across key sports moments (NFL, NBA, March Madness, playoffs)
  • Build and maintain campaign calendars, timelines, deliverable trackers, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Coordinate omni-channel go-to-market plans across paid media, CRM, social, influencer/talent, press, product, and retail.
  • Develop and manage integrated creative briefs and channel briefs that translate strategy into execution.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, offer mechanics, and creative alignment across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Manage cross-functional standups, reviews, and approvals to drive clarity and accountability.
  • Support QA to ensure accuracy, timing, and proper flighting.
  • Track campaign performance and support post-campaign recaps with insights, learnings, and next-step recommendations.
  • Maintain internal templates, best practices, and playbooks that enhance speed and campaign quality.
  • Assist with talent, partnership, and experiential campaign coordination as needed.
