Looking to become a team member at a top tier award winning personal injury law firm? What is the role: • Initial point of contact for clients by phone, text, and email • Establish immediate rapport and assess potential cases, determining whether to move forward • Promptly update case details in our systems (e.g., Filevine and Lead Docket) to ensure accurate, timely record-keeping • Gather and review documents, photos, and other pertinent case information to support the legal team’s review • Send and manage contingent fee agreements and client releases using our electronic platforms • Issue decline letters within one day for non-viable cases · Office – onsite role · Shift Hours are Monday thru Friday 9am – 6pm
