The Intake Eligibility Specialist is responsible for establishing rapport and credibility with customers and providers by providing excellent customer service in a professional and respectful manner. This role involves determining customer eligibility through documentation review, performing mathematical calculations for parent's share of cost, and accurately entering data into The Texas Child Care Connection system (TX3C) and other databases like the Financial Aid Communication System (FACS). The specialist also maintains accurate customer files, addresses and resolves complaints, and documents all interactions with customers and providers.
