We are looking for an Intake Director to join the Firm Operations team within the Operations department. They’re responsible for the management and oversight of our US and India based operations team, whose primary focus is all facets of new client intake and acceptance.

Requirements

Have 5-10+ years’ experience in accounting firm environment, tax operations preferable.
Enjoy working with a team supporting, training and collaborating towards end goal.
Be comfortable communicating with multi-levels of leadership.
Have experience with project-based initiatives.

Responsibilities

Assist in continued development of New Client Intake Form (Excel).
Assist with software implementation of Excel form and Dynamics upload.
Participate in development of Power BI Dashboard for tracking of volume, days in cycle, urgent requests.
Assist with building of US based Intake Team, research regionalization of same for initial rollout while building a team in India for further future development.
Participate in testing and implementation of total process.
Review reporting and status updates – monitoring volume.
Training and developing to those new to intake process. Intapp et al.
Act in capacity of system administrator for Dynamics and Intapp.
Work with Integration Team for post-merger intake.
Assist with policy and procedural changes as process develops.
