About The Position

The Intake Coordinator 1 is responsible for the initial contact and admittance of new or returning clients into program services and benefits. You will report to department leadership.
PG07 - Start Rate: $21.23/hourly | Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm |
Weekly Earned Wage Access is an Option for this Position

Requirements

• Associate degree, or two [2] years of directly related experience in lieu of education.
• Must obtain CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
• Beginner in MS Office Suite
• Two [2] years of directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone screens and interviews for potential clients for admittance to the program and ensure all program criteria and requirements are met.
• Process applications and complete data entry of application information into database system. Ensure database information is accurate and in alignment with CNO guidelines and federal or state requirements.
• Mail benefit information and documents to approved program participants.
• Answer client questions via telephone and email regarding use of their benefits and perform first level troubleshooting of participant redemption issues.
• Provide follow-up contact with eligible households who have not redeemed benefits, prior to the end of each benefit cycle.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.
