About The Position

This is a full-time Intake Assessment Registered Nurse position for the NOC Shift (7p - 7:30p) in a high acuity psychiatric unit. The role involves patient evaluation, care, and intake duties, including managing medication consents, patient property, and facilitating referrals. The nurse will collaborate with various healthcare providers and referring hospitals.

Requirements

• Valid RN/LPT license
• Skilled in using EMR and EHR systems
• Experience in patient evaluation and care
• Capability to perform intake duties in an assessment capacity
• Willingness to work on a rotating weekend schedule
• Pre-employment background check and post-offer drug screen & physical required
• Associate degree (Required)
• RN License (Required)
• Ability to Relocate to Ventura, CA 93001 before starting work
• Availability for Day Shift
• Availability for Overnight Shift
