About The Position
This is a full-time Intake Assessment Registered Nurse position for the NOC (night) shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The role involves performing intake duties in an assessment capacity, patient evaluation and care, and collaborating with various healthcare providers and referring hospitals.
Requirements
- Valid RN/LPT license
- Skilled in using EMR and EHR systems
- Experience in patient evaluation and care
- Capability to perform intake duties in an assessment capacity
- Willingness to work on a rotating weekend schedule
- Pre-employment background check
- Post-offer drug screen & physical required
- Associate degree (Required)
- RN License (Required)
- Day Shift availability (Required)
- Overnight Shift availability (Required)
- Ability to Relocate to Ventura, CA 93001 before starting work (Required)
