Job Description: We are looking for a professional and client-focused Intake and Client Support Specialist to join us and support a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals reaching out for assistance, helping create a positive and reassuring experience from the very first interaction. You will handle inbound calls, gather essential information with accuracy, and ensure each caller feels heard and supported. This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, follows structured processes with ease, and remains calm and empathetic while managing a high volume of calls. Your daily work will play a key role in ensuring cases are routed correctly and clients receive consistent, high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, such as customer service or sales.
  • Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow structured scripts while sounding natural and confident
  • Client-focused mindset with a courteous and empathetic approach
  • Reliability and consistency in a high-volume call environment
  • Ability to accurately document and manage sensitive information
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
