About The Position

Seeking an experienced Insurance Store Manager with a strong producing background to lead daily operations while managing and growing a diverse book of business. This role oversees Personal Lines and Life and Health accounts, including home, auto, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, RVs, small business owners policies, and ancillary L&H products. The position requires hands-on production, team leadership, and expertise in writing annuities, including fixed and indexed products.

Requirements

Active Oregon Resident P&C license and L&H license
Management and leadership experience overseeing a team
Previous experience in insurance and sales
Familiarity with P&C carriers and coverages
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to produce high quality, professional informational materials for clients
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain coverage details and implications
3-5 years of experience preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain strong knowledge of Life and Health, Property and Casualty, and related insurance products
Write annuities, including fixed and indexed options
Serve as a producing manager by meeting personal production metrics while overseeing team performance
Lead, coach, and supervise a team of insurance producers to achieve individual and agency goals
Drive growth of the agency’s book of business through new business development and retention
Provide client support throughout policy writing and renewal processes
Present policy options, coverage changes, and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner
Ensure strong in-store operations, customer service standards, and workflow consistency
Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and manage staff and support personnel
Drive overall store sales and ensure the team meets or exceeds production targets
Address day-to-day client inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
Consistently meet personal and team production goals, including annuity sales
