Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, insurance, mathematics, actuarial science, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in investment management and/or financial services.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a project and deadline-driven environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work on time to ensure client and senior advisor satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

• Progress toward a professional designation such as CFA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in analysis and strategy development, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of financial models and recommendations.
• Utilize models to analyze insurance operations for clients and prospects.
• Conduct analyses including efficient frontier, duration, and cash flow to develop investment strategy recommendations aligned with clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Summarize work and recommendations in reports for asset management clients and sales prospects.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to offer advisory services to clients.
• Perform peer analysis using statutory filing data for clients and prospects.
• Lead and contribute to projects to enhance the team’s capabilities.
• Engaging in product, marketing, and business development activities to enhance our market presence and product offerings.
• Assist in developing new products to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the market.
• Develop proficiency with the Company's financial modeling tools.
• Collect and structure data necessary for financial model creation.
