If you’re a sales operations leader who thrives on building structure, driving efficiency, and enabling high-performing sales teams, this role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact. You won’t just support sales--you’ll design the operational backbone that allows it to scale. As the Sales Operations Manager, Supplemental Insurance Solutions, you will own the systems, processes, and insights that power MASA’s expanding supplemental insurance business. From compensation design and CRM optimization to forecasting and performance analytics, your work will directly influence how effectively we grow across inside sales, seminar-based sales, and emerging distribution channels. Internally, you’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Compliance to translate strategy into execution. In parallel, you will be working externally with our insurance carrier partners. As MASA continues evolving into a multi-product company--expanding beyond emergency medical transportation coverage into supplemental insurance offerings including final expense--you will play a key role in building the operational infrastructure that supports this next phase of growth.
