Requirements
- Previous sales experience or proven ability to consistently achieve performance goals is required.
- Only applicants meeting these criteria will be considered.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in making outbound calls and successfully closing sales
- Coachable mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
- Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Sell and cross-sell insurance products—including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Build lasting client relationships by providing support and policy reviews
- Achieve and surpass individual sales goals to contribute to agency growth
- Stay current on product knowledge and compliance requirements
- Utilize CRM systems for tracking leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies
