About The Position
Brightway Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our Tampa, FL team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending suitable insurance policies to clients. This is a sales-oriented role that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills. Applicants must live within a commutable distance to the Tampa office.
Requirements
- Ability to work onsite in the Tampa office Monday to Friday.
- A valid 2-20 or 20-44 Florida insurance license is required at the time of application.
- 1-3 years of Insurance Sales Experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Quote and sell auto, home, and commercial insurance products to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients.
- Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies.
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies.
