Must work nights and weekends when needed Role Summary : As an Insurance Sales Consultant at Jeff Wyler, you will represent Wyler's Allstate Insurance Agency within the dealership environment. Your primary responsibility is to help customers identify and secure appropriate insurance coverage during their vehicle purchase or service visit. You will guide customers through quoting, applications, and underwriting processes, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and customer-friendly experience.

Requirements

Proven ability to work in sales, preferably in insurance or finance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle documentation thoroughly.
Self-starter / able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional attire and presentation.
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
Willingness to complete required state/company insurance training.

Responsibilities
