Requirements
- Skilled at networking and committed to the community in which you work
- High level of integrity with a track record of showing consistency between words and action
- Experience in delivering customer-centered solutions and creating long-lasting relationships

- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving financial success
- Licensed in property, casualty, and life insurance—or committed to obtaining licenses within 60 days of being hired
Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance policies or adjust existing ones
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
- Evaluate and analyze the needs of business or individual customers and sell suitable protection plans across multiple lines of business
- Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews
- Stay abreast of the insurance industry and company protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, all while providing superior customer service
- Keep sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress of marketing and sales efforts
- Capitalize on client cross-sale and retention opportunities
