The Insurance Product Implementation Manager at Corix, a Hiscox Company, plays a pivotal role in bringing insurance products to life. You will lead the execution of new product launches and enhancements to existing offerings, ensuring they are delivered to market in a consistent, timely, and compliant manner. Acting as the single point of accountability for implementation, you will coordinate across actuarial, engineering, design, compliance, finance, and go-to-market teams to transform defined product strategies into fully operational, launch-ready solutions. In this role, you won’t just manage timelines — you will drive momentum. You will translate business requirements into clear, executable delivery plans; anticipate risks before they become obstacles; and ensure every detail meets a high standard of quality and operational readiness. By bringing structure, clarity, and ownership to the implementation process, you will directly accelerate speed-to-market, reduce inefficiencies, and enable Corix to scale with confidence.
