About The Position

The Value-Based Platform (VBP) Product team plays a key role in shaping and delivering solutions that advance aspects of value-based care within Risant Health Organizations (RHOs). The portfolio of solutions drives outcomes – total cost of care reduction, clinical quality improvement, better experiences, health equity and simplicity – to achieve business and financial objectives. The Implementation Product Manager leads the contextualization, deployment, and adoption of healthcare solutions that address market needs, align with enterprise capabilities, and drive measurable gains in cost, quality, experience, and value-based care outcomes. This role serves as the bridge between product strategy, project execution, and operational adoption, ensuring implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. The Implementation Product Managers will oversee cross functional teams, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure a smooth transition from implementation to standard work.

Requirements

  • Product Implementation & Management: Proven ability to execute product strategies to deploy and deliver impactful healthcare solutions. Experienced in overseeing cross-functional implementations and leading cross-functional teams, including customer-facing teams, to drive change management and adoption around new ways of working.
  • Process Improvement & Systems Thinking: Demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking to understand how people, processes, technology, and data interact across the end-to-end implementation lifecycle. Ability to translate complex, interdependent processes into clear, repeatable implementation models that support consistency, quality, and value realization.
  • Value-Based Care Fundamentals: Strong understanding of value-based care principles, including care model design, clinical integration, cost and quality metrics, and strategies that drive improved patient outcomes and financial performance.
  • Execution Management & Delivery Excellence: Proven ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent implementations in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivery quality through strong organizational and decision-making. Comfortable prioritizing competing demands, shifting timelines, and evolving requirements without losing focus on strategic objectives.
  • OKR and KPI Tracking and Analysis: Experience setting, monitoring, and analyzing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product impact, inform decision-making, and guide continuous improvement efforts.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration with a healthcare focus, Healthcare Data Analytics, Public Health, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience in product management or related roles.

Nice To Haves

  • Agile & Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices, with hands-on proficiency in tools like Jira, Figma, Mural, Miro, and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams for project or product delivery. Leading through influence, direct reports not required.
  • Certifications in product management or Agile methodologies (e.g., APM, PO/PM, SAFE).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with inter-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Passion for innovation and enhancing customer experiences, particularly in healthcare settings within multi-payer and multi-provider ecosystems.
  • Exposure to healthcare operations and clinical workflows, with an understanding of how solutions are implemented and adopted in provider settings.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation Planning & Execution: Lead end‑to‑end implementation efforts from kickoff through go‑live and transition to operations through the development of detailed implementation and project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs. Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead cross‑disciplinary teams including project managers, analysts, technical resources, and operational stakeholders, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities. Provide day‑to‑day direction, remove blockers, and ensure accountability across implementation teams.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships across clinical, technical, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Serve as the central point for approvals, escalations, and cross-functional coordination during implementation. Ensure solutions meet the needs of RHOs and integrate effectively into their operations. Provide guidance and support to product owners and analysts.
  • Risk, Resource & Budget Management: Identify and mitigate development and adoption risks while managing resources to maintain focus on priorities. Track product budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Post‑Implementation & Continuous Improvement: Ensure tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives (OKRs) related to cost, quality, and experience are structured and transitioned to post-deployment teams. Contribute to the refinement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and best practices.
