About The Position
Arch's summer internship program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in the insurance industry. It provides a learning experience that serves as a foundation for interns to explore their career choices and to develop professional skills. Working alongside some of the most talented members of the specialty insurance industry, interns will gain relevant expertise in various aspects of the field. The program is designed with the following objectives: Provide challenging work that benefits both the intern and Arch. Develop interns through learning activities and ongoing feedback. Identify talented individuals for full-time opportunities.
Requirements
- Actively completing a bachelor's or graduate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or related program.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
- College level - Junior, Senior, or graduate student with graduation dates between December 2026 and May 2027.
- Entrepreneurial spirit along with the desire to be a continuous learner.
- Team player who collaborates effectively.
- Self-starter who can work independently and deal effectively with multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and an interest in exploring automation tools to improve defect logging and reporting.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, and ability to research emerging technologies, develop usage guides, and suggest effective prompt strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a user-focused mindset to evaluate onboarding materials and recommend improvements that support a seamless new hire experience.
