Working alongside some of the most talented members of the insurance industry, interns will gain relevant expertise in various aspects of the field. About This Role Arch’s summer internship program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in the insurance industry. It provides a learning experience that serves as a foundation for interns to explore their career choices and to develop professional skills. Working alongside some of the most talented members of the specialty insurance industry, interns will gain relevant expertise in various aspects of the field. The program is designed with the following objectives: Provide challenging work that benefits both the intern and Arch. Develop interns through learning activities and ongoing feedback. Identify talented individuals for full-time opportunities. A hands-on product management intern to help mature the product management organization, along with the following criteria: Conduct stakeholder interviews and listening sessions to gather insights on pain points and opportunities for continued evolution of the Product Management Center of Excellence (COE), including but not limited to the Business Solutions processes and practices. Contribute to development of strategic enablers that promote consistency and cohesion, including playbooks, toolkits, and product-level outcome measurement for Product Management COE. Support Product Management Community of Practice events and resources to foster engagement and upskilling opportunities within and across Business Solutions related roles.

Requirements

  • Actively completing a bachelor’s in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Organizational Leadership, Finance, or graduate degree in or related program.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • College level – Junior, Senior, or graduate student with graduation dates between December 2026 and May 2027.
  • Demonstrated leadership in team-based environments such as athletics, student organizations, or community initiatives—showing a track record of motivation, structure, and collaborative success.
  • Proactive mindset with a history of taking initiative, whether through organizing events, leading group projects, or navigating competitive sports—comfortable anticipating needs and driving outcomes with minimal direction.
