About The Position

We are hiring one Colorado-licensed attorney with 1–5 years of first-party property insurance experience to handle residential, commercial, and HOA insurance claims. This is a commission-only role for attorneys who want ownership, leverage, and uncapped income — not stability seekers. You will run your own docket with firm infrastructure behind you.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Bar license
• 1–5 years first-party insurance litigation experience
• Comfortable managing deadlines, hearings, and discovery independently
• Able to appear in Colorado courts as required
• Entrepreneurial, disciplined, self-directed

Responsibilities

• Handle first-party property damage claims (hail, wind, roof)
• Handle Commercial and HOA insurance disputes
• Handle Appraisal and arbitration matters
• Handle Pre-suit through active litigation
• Handle Select bad-faith matters
• Run your own docket
