About The Position

We are a litigation firm. Our mission is to defend nationally known companies in civil litigation and to provide strategies to reduce risk. We are seeking a new Litigation Attorney to join our team. Your role will be to manage incoming cases, analyze and propose defense strategies, evaluate exposure, take and defend depositions, provide monthly litigation reports, and handle settlement negotiations.. As a member of the litigation department, you will work with senior lawyers and paralegals and report to our managing partner and clients. Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice to clients.
Meet with individuals involved in legal processes to provide information and clarify issues.
Represent the interests of clients in legal proceedings.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our client companies.
Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
Manage multiple projects at varying stages.
