Established in the 1980's, we are a civil litigation defense firm known for delivering strong results for clients that range from Fortune 100 corporations to individuals and small businesses. We handle matters nationwide, operating twelve offices across nine states and the District of Columbia. Our attorneys have represented clients in courts in more than 35 states and territories.

Responsibilities

• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
• Handle a variety of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Represent insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and insureds in a wide array of complex matters.
• Provide strategic counsel and advocacy in litigation, arbitration, mediation and settlement negotiations.
