Responsibilities

Manage a broad range of civil litigation matters from initial filing through final disposition.
Perform legal research, evaluate factual and procedural issues, and formulate case strategy.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related filings.
Appear at hearings, depositions, and trial proceedings as required.
