Responsibilities
- Manage own cases day to day with collaboration and availability from Team Leaders.
- Report to clients and carriers
- Appear in Court for conferences and motions
- Comply with discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Coordinate medical examinations
- Prepare and file motions.
