Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, paired with 2-3+ years of general office experience.
  • Service & Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven drive to deliver superior customer service to clients and colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • Licensing: An active Life & Health License is preferred.
  • Product Knowledge: Commanding knowledge and high-level expertise in insurance products, markets, and ratings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide helpful, professional service and expert insurance support to clients and producers.
  • Execute the renewal of lines of coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Assist clients promptly with inquiries related to billing, claims, and coverage questions.
  • Process policy binding, checking, endorsements, and manage claims and marketing renewals.
