Acuity is seeking a insurance Customer Service Intern to supplement Service Claims to work from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, with weekends and holidays optional for those seeking additional hours. In this role, the intern will answer incoming after-hours Acuity telephone calls, enter new losses, follow established escalation criteria, and page handlers when appropriate. The position also provides backup support for various units, including Billing, Imaging, Policy Assembly, the Mail Room, and the Switchboard, ensuring timely and accurate service across multiple operational areas.
