Looking for an experienced insurance coverage professional who understands insurance coverage analysis and policy interpretation. The ideal candidate will be adept at evaluating coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, and handling litigation involving complex insurance disputes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed coverage analysis across multiple policy types, including: First Party Property and/or Homeowners Policies Commercial General Liability (CGL) Policies Directors & Officers (D&O) Policies Environmental and Pollution Policies Construction Defect and Builders Risk Policies
• Litigate coverage disputes involving: Application of policy exclusions ``Other insurance`` and priority of coverage issues The scope and breadth of additional insured provisions
• Draft coverage opinions, position letters, and pleadings.
• Provide strategic counsel to insurers on risk management, claims handling, and coverage disputes.
• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings.
