About The Position

Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and job-related qualifications. Requirements

  • JD degree with excellent academic credentials
  • Admitted to the California Bar
  • 4+ years of litigation experience
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and litigating coverage matters preferably in connection with general liability, professional liability (E&O), directors & officers, employment practices liability, and cyber insurance policies
  • Exceptional writing and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution
  • Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates
  • Interpreting insurance policies and drafting coverage opinions
  • Litigating coverage matters including depositions, motion hearings, and trials
