Our office Endodontics Limited in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice. As one of the essential members of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed. Your Background Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for dental care and exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth insurance operations for our patients. As a vital part of our practice, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims, facilitating billing processes, and providing top-notch support to our patients regarding their insurance-related inquiries. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role equating to 3-5 years of experience in similar work
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a dental insurance coordinator or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills to navigate insurance claim discrepancies and denials.
  • High level of professionalism and a patient-centric attitude.
