About The Position

We are an exceptional, fast paced dental office that seeks to provide the highest level of dentistry to each and every one of our valued patients. We pride ourselves on being a dental office that our team is excited be a part of and stand behind. We are looking for a SUPERSTAR Insurance Coordinator to add to our growing team that is willing to work hard and play hard. Our Insurance Coordinators are key members and contributors to the success of the practice. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential skills for this position. Your job is to get thorough information from all insurance companies so patients have an estimate of their out-of-pocket expense. You must be excited to learn new things. You need excellent interpersonal communication skills in order to contribute to the team as well as motivate and instruct patients on optimal oral health. The ideal candidate believes in: Giving our patients their highest level of service every day Standing behind all the services that we offer Working with everyone on our team for a smooth and productive day An understanding of how patients feel walking into a dental office and how to make them as comfortable as possible
