The Insurance Client Service Coordinator (CSC) role is a great opportunity to get one's foot in the door to a career in the insurance industry! This position interacts with customers and employees as the first point of contact to provide requested information, and assists with other projects as needed by different business lines. The CSC responsibilities include providing day-to-day support to our Property & Casualty Team and our clients. This includes assisting clients with various online service platforms and acting as an internal accountability partner for EPIC’s value-added services. The CSC will assist in the renewal, external marketing, loss analysis and ongoing service to client; they will prepare RFPs and client presentations as well as other deliverables.
