A day in the life. As our Client Coordinator on the Transportation team, you will: Assist with pre-renewal entries and communications, gather renewal updates, and assess carrier requirements. Assist the service team in issuing binding documents including the processing of Auto ID Cards, preparing templates and issuing certificates of insurance, and invoicing new and renewal policies. Review and prepare new and renewal policies for delivery, ensuring compliance with bind order instructions, checking company forms, and verifying coverage limits. Assist client with direct bill questions. Complete mid-term policy services, including receiving endorsement orders, submitting change requests to carriers, reviewing audits and endorsements, and resolving discrepancies with clients and carriers. Produce certificates of insurance and update the Agency Management System as necessary, including invoicing endorsements and audits and processing cancellations. Enter new business applications in the agency management system. Research and respond to client billing inquiries. Other duties as assigned to successfully complete role. Our future colleague. Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills. Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications required. Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task. Property/Casualty license or ability to attain is required. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to grow their knowledge within this position and advance into roles increasingly integral to the Transportation department. Requirements
