About The Position

Coordinates resolution of claims and daily claim issues. Research payer regulations to resolve accounts accurately and maintain compliance. Assists billers with account questions and issues. Provides training of new staff and ongoing improvement training for the team. Maintains the account escalation queues. Performs other duties as assigned by department leadership.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates written, interpersonal, or communication skills as appropriate to position
  • Considerable knowledge of insurance regulations, federal and state insurance regulations, UB92 and 1500 billing requirements
