Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Licensed Associate Account Manager. In this role, you will provide support to our Account Managers in all aspects of plan administration and client advocacy. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate account records, coordinating client meetings and events, preparing communication materials, and ensuring timely updates of client policies and data. Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Ensuring compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.
Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
Managing policy changes.
Preparing and maintaining certificates of insurance and other documents.
File Maintenance.
Downloading, maintaining and updating fields.
Performing quality control.
Reviewing applications and endorsements
Updating agency management systems with pertinent information.
