Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention. Overlake Medical Centers is seeking an Insurance Appeal Representative. Under general supervision of supervisor or manager the Insurance Appeal Representative is responsible for timely follow up on denied/outstanding claims ensuring payments for medical services are received in a timely manner. Insurance Appeal Representative may also function as an intermediary between healthcare providers, clients and health insurance companies. Full-time/ 40 hours per week Monday - Friday / 8 hour shifts Hybrid - mostly work from home with in-person meetings
