About The Position

As an Insurance Agent on our VUI Affiliate Production team, you’ll play a key role in helping customers navigate their property and casualty insurance options with confidence. You’ll primarily support leads from our affiliate partners, including Neighbors Bank and First Residential, taking time to understand each customer’s unique situation and guiding them toward coverage that fits their needs. In this role, you won’t just provide quotes. You’ll build trust, answer questions, and deliver clear, thoughtful recommendations so customers feel informed every step of the way. You’ll also collaborate closely with co-workers and carrier partners to ensure a smooth and supportive experience from initial quote through policy binding. This is a growing, fast-moving team that values problem solving, shared success, and showing up for one another. Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing: Connecting with incoming leads and reaching out proactively to provide quotes, explain coverage options, and answer questions with clarity and care. Reviewing property details and customer needs to recommend the best coverage options across home, auto, and other insurance lines. Looking beyond the initial request to identify additional coverage opportunities that support the customer’s full insurance picture. Partnering closely with Operations and insurance carriers to ensure policies are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. Building strong relationships with Loan Officers, carriers, and internal partners to keep communication smooth and consistent. Jumping in where needed to support your team and help create a positive, collaborative culture.
