Midwest Select Insurance Group (MSIG) is seeking driven, full-time professionals who want more than an entry-level job. Our agency is built around mentorship, professionalism, and long-term career development. This is not a retail or transactional sales role. At MSIG, you are trained to: Consult with business owners and decision-makers Identify risks and design insurance strategies Build long-term client relationships Develop and retain a high quality book of business This role builds skills directly transferable to entrepreneurship, leadership, consulting, and high-level sales careers.
