We are especially interested in candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to effective, evidence-based teaching practices and who are passionate about helping students learn, persist, and succeed in mathematics. The ideal candidate will bring thoughtful approaches to instruction, including active learning, inclusive teaching strategies, and a focus on conceptual understanding. This creates a unique opportunity to connect mathematics instruction with real-world applications in data, computing, and emerging technologies. Candidates with experience or interest in applied tools such as Python, SQL, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) are especially encouraged to apply. These skills will allow the candidate to contribute to a broader range of courses and support interdisciplinary teaching across mathematics, data, and computing. Candidates with K–12 teaching experience who are interested in transitioning to higher education are strongly encouraged to apply.
