This is a full-time, year-round teaching appointment in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology program. This position will report to the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology Department Head. This is an evening teaching assignment with the following hours: 3:45 PM - 10:45 PM (Mon - Thurs), 9:30 AM - 8:30 PM (Fri). The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching all eight quarters of the HVAC/R program. WORKING CONDITIONS: Duties are performed in a classroom and lab environment. Working conditions will align with the career and technical education field as follows: Career and technical education teachers, especially those in postsecondary schools, teach courses and develop lesson plans. [They will normally work in a building and perform tasks such as word processing, telephone calls, emails, and lecturing.
