In this role, a typical day will include: ● Designing and developing instructional approaches and interactive courseware to meet training requirements ● Collaborating directly with customers and stakeholders to identify training needs ● Developing courseware using the latest in eLearning design and technology ● Managing courseware offerings in our LMS including updates to content and training delivery schedules Well-qualified candidates must have: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; AND 2 or more years of related experience An ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Demonstrated experience designing instructional methods and creating training materials utilizing eLearning applications (Camtasia, Articulate Suite)Demonstrated experience managing an LMS Louisiana residency living within a commutable distance (approximately 60-miles or less) of the Bossier City facility Work environment: Hybrid

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 or more years of related experience
  • An ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
  • Demonstrated experience designing instructional methods and creating training materials utilizing eLearning applications (Camtasia, Articulate Suite)
  • Demonstrated experience managing an LMS
  • Louisiana residency living within a commutable distance (approximately 60-miles or less) of the Bossier City facility
