The Instructional Designer is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and publication of education materials that support various industry standard formats. The Instructional Designer applies learning & development strategies that support adult learning theory to develop multimedia content for both instructor-led and self-paced learning. Typical activities include conducting needs analyses, establishing learning objectives, designing storyboards, and developing curriculum. The Instructional Designer serves as a project lead demonstrating solid project and time management skills to continually meet and exceed the learning needs of the organization.
