About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as an Instructional Designer IC1! We’re looking for an Instructional Designer IC1 to join our team in Raleigh, NC . Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field ; equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design or learning management system (LMS) administration , preferably in manufacturing, production, or logistics environments
  • Experience administering Workday Learning or another enterprise LMS
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Experience with eLearning development tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar software
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and project follow-through
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and digital tools
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred (reading, writing, and speaking)

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain instructional materials including digital courses, process documentation, job aids, and assessments
  • Administer the Workday Learning (LMS) platform, including managing training assignments, system accuracy, reporting, and audits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align learning programs with evolving business and operational needs
  • Translate training materials into Spanish , ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance
  • Support continuous improvement of training programs using employee feedback and performance data
  • Assist with the implementation of new learning tools, technologies, and training systems
