About The Position

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning materials including: eLearning modules Facilitator and learner guides Job aids and handouts Microlearning content PowerPoint presentations Video scripts Knowledge base articles Translate complex federal and state election laws and administrative procedures into accessible, engaging training resources. Develop interactive eLearning using Adobe Captivate and Adobe Learning Manager. Build and organize knowledge base content using Zendesk. Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Smartsheets to develop materials and manage project workflows. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and local election offices to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of content. Support both in-person and virtual training delivery sessions. Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance metrics. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting defined deadlines. Contribute to continuous improvement of statewide election training initiatives. Requirements

Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or adult learning.
