  • Experience with video scripting, production coordination, and/or basic video editing
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical content into clear, learner-friendly language
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive HVAC training programs (covering installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and service procedures) using instructional design principles (ADDIE, SAM, or similar)
  • Create facilitator guides, learner workbooks, job aids, skills checklists, competency frameworks, and assessments aligned to industry standards
  • Design and maintain structured lab exercises and practical skills stations for in-person training environments

  • Build engaging eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or similar authoring platforms, incorporating scenario-based and knowledge-check activities that reinforce field skills and safety procedures
  • Maintain eLearning content in the LMS, tracking completion and assessment data to drive continuous improvement
  • Script, storyboard, and coordinate the production of training videos (including procedure demos, equipment overviews, safety briefings) using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar
