Requirements

3 or more years of experience in adult learning, instructional design, or a related field.
Experience designing and delivering learning solutions across digital, blended, and instructor‑led formats.
Experience partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define learning needs and outcomes.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
Learning design and instructional expertise
Learning consulting and performance needs analysis

Project and portfolio ownership
Design quality, standards, and governance
Collaboration, facilitation, and people leadership

Responsibilities

Design and deliver learning solutions across appropriate modalities, using established design standards and adult learning principles.
Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, address performance gaps, and define clear outcomes.
Manage multiple learning projects end to end, balancing scope, timelines, and quality.
Evaluate learning effectiveness and use data and feedback to inform improvements.
Explore and pilot new learning approaches, tools, and methods as appropriate.
Support team and organizational priorities through special projects and related work.
