Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in adult learning, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Experience designing and delivering learning solutions across digital, blended, and instructor‑led formats.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define learning needs and outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver learning solutions across appropriate modalities, using established design standards and adult learning principles.
  • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, address performance gaps, and define clear outcomes.
  • Manage multiple learning projects end to end, balancing scope, timelines, and quality.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and use data and feedback to inform improvements.
  • Explore and pilot new learning approaches, tools, and methods as appropriate.
  • Support team and organizational priorities through special projects and related work.
