About The Position

As an Instructional Designer, you will be at the heart of that story, crafting transformative learning experiences that guide employees on their professional journey. Collaborating with the Training Team and cross-functional partners, you’ll design and implement training that meets learners where they are, whether in-person, online, or somewhere in between. Through creativity, technology, and data-driven insights, you’ll bring learning to life—turning knowledge into action and helping employees reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of instructional design experience, ideally with a portfolio of diverse learning projects
  • Familiarity with Storyline required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to uncover learning needs and craft impactful solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for collaborating across teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
  • Experience with the ADDIE model or similar instructional design frameworks
  • Familiarity with Storyline required and multimedia content creation

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop course content and curriculum for in-person, hybrid, and online learning that engages learners and aligns with business goals.
  • Build computer-based training modules, hands-on exercises, and immersive activities that make learning memorable.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define course objectives, structure, and assessments, ensuring every learning path has a clear destination.
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to refine materials and enhance learner engagement.
  • Manage and maintain the training platform, including setup, troubleshooting, and user support, ensuring seamless access to learning resources.
  • Develop Job Aids, Quick Reference Guides, training manuals, and other supporting materials that empower learners beyond the classroom.
  • Keep current on instructional design strategies, adult learning theory, and emerging technologies to continually elevate learning experiences.
