The Instructional Designer will apply instructional design, adult learning, and multimedia expertise to analyze learning needs and design, develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain high‑quality learning solutions that support organizational performance and business outcomes. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, subject matter resources, and instructors, this role translates instructional, learning, and performance objectives into effective instructor‑led, virtual, blended, and digital learning experiences. Deliverables could include slide decks, eLearning modules, facilitator and participant guides, job aids, and multimedia development. All learning solutions are engaging, accessible, instructionally sound, and aligned with established standards, templates, and branding guidelines.
