In this role, you won’t just build training content—you’ll shape how our customers learn, grow, and succeed. You’ll tackle creating courses from scratch aligned with product updates while continuing to improve our customer’s ongoing learning experience. We’re looking for someone who brings more than a skillset—they bring initiative, curiosity, and the confidence to work independently. You’ll need at least 3-5 years of Instructional Design experience, a flexible mindset, and a willingness to dive into new tools and an evolving industry. You’ll be expected to bring fresh ideas to the table and the ability to bring those ideas to life—without waiting for someone else to tell you where to start.
